[short story] Introduction of Dreamers (unfinished)

Dreamers are the ones who have the potential to see what there is all. During their sleep, they travel to places real and beyond imagination. They can form original thoughts that one day may materialize or destroy the dreams of others, thus leaving the person empty, hopeless, alone and, eventually, disowned by reality. They are powerful or, at least, they could be, but not yet a single one of them would practice and perfect their sight. I know about them. Hell, I even know some of them, and all I see is nothing, but dissappointment. Thus I'm sad to say that I too am one of them.

Last night I had a dream about this girl again, Talyiah. She was not born into wealth nor need, but a Spiral of Essence, which gave her benefits, but also the great burden of looks. Hip-length, light and curvy heair, wide face, small body, long legs and the shape of perfection, as she were designed to be born this way. And, in a way, she was. Dreamers were seeing her long before her eventual becoming. Do you know the feeling when you see a centuries-old painting and it looks exactly like you or someone you know? She might never find herself on a painting, if she was not born into a Spiral. But since she did, she was depicted countless times during the ages. Michelangelo, Leonardo, Donatello, Rafael, does not matter who it is, they saw here, they wanted her, they lusted her. Yet, they never met her. Those times were long before she joined the realms of the living.

Her voice is indescribable: it sounds so familiar, like you always knew it, yet she knows not to speak. So young, yet so old, people dream of her, people hear her and people adore her. And she's gladly gives them what they desire.

Okay, so sorry for the long quoting, but this, I can't believe. There's this guy, whose dreams I visited a number of times, and he wrote these paragraphs as notes for a possible short story about the "dreamers". I tried to type it down as close to the original as possible, which was surprisingly easy, since there are my thoughts...
